So, you won't be able to connect with support unless you contact us first via phone (1-866-BIGTIME) and are asked to join a session by one of our team members.

Your support team member will tell you which support queue you should join. Enter
your name in the space below and then select the proper queue from the pick list.
Once you Click Start Session, you'll be asked to download software and the system will automatically share your desktop with BigTime support.
