BigTime Software places a strong emphasis on respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when using our Web site and software, so we’ve outlined following principles that govern our privacy policies online and in our software. Throughout this policy, we refer to BigTime Software as "the Company," and to information that personally identifies you as "personal information".

Any personal information we collect is protected

safeguards. We use internal resources and periodic external audits to review our

How We Maintain Your Confidential Information We protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information by using industry-recognized security safeguards such as firewalls, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Whenever we ask for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, we encrypt it as it is transmitted to us using SSL Encryption.

If you order a product or register for a service from us, we will ask you for your
name and contact information such as mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

When you purchase software/services, we collect contact information from you as
well (e.g. - credit card information to process any payments you wish to make over
our web site), but none of this information is used by outside marketing firms.
WE DISCLOSE OUR RELATIONSHIP TO THIRD PARTIES
We have limited relationships with third parties to assist us in servicing you,
for example, by providing a local consultant or developer who is familiar with our
line of products. These service providers are contractually required to maintain
the confidentiality of the information we provide them. We clearly identify partner
services and sites. When you request any of these products or services, you are
permitting us to provide your personal information to the partner to fulfill your
request.
We may disclose your information if we are required to by a law enforcement action such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant.
VeriSIGN Inc.
We use VERISIGN (a third party credit card merchant service) to process credit card
payments. At no time is your credit card information stored on our site, and we
maintain only a transaction code (provided by verisign as an electronic receipt
from credit card authorizations).
Citrix Online Our LIVE Support service is provided by Citrix Online (we ask you for a name when you request live support, but only to make the service more personal for you). Like all other service providers that we use (e.g. - shipping companies to fulfill customer orders) they will not use your information for any reason other than what we have contracted them to do.
Business Transitions In the event BigTime Software, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified by a prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
WE TELL YOU HOW WE USE WEB TECHNOLOGIES
Like many Web sites, we use technology, such as cookies, that allow us to make your
visit to our Web site easier by recognizing you when you return and help to provide
you with a customized experience. These cookies do collect personal information,
however they never transmit this information to third parties and no third parties
will place cookies on your system when you visit our web site. In addition, page

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

BigTime Software, Inc will fully refund most items as long as we receive the returned item within 30 days of purchase (the date your copy of BigTime was ordered).
All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Refunds are only available for software and hardware purchases. Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed. User Manuals, Training, Support and Maintenance Contracts are non-refundable. Online subscription services are also non-refundable.
Returning items by mail
Follow the simple directions below to make your return or exchange by mail.
1. Include all original packing materials and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
2. Include the return label (if included in the original shipment) with your product and indicate reason for return. We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. You are responsible for all freight charges (both initial product shipment and return shipment). Shipping/handling fees are not refundable. Items received past the return period will not be processed. Only items purchased from BigTime Software, Inc are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address when your return is accepted. No returns received after 30 days will be accepted without prior written consent from your BigTime Software sales associate.

We will do our best to process returns quickly. Please allow 30 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
