We give you a dedicated account rep, three hours of personalized demos and support, and TLC whenever you need it — all for just $395. Wait. I get all of this during my trial?

Absolutely. BigTime treats our trial users like new customers, because that’s what they are. We give you everything you need to start managing your firm’s time. Unlike other trials out there, we won’t abandon you to figure everything out for yourself. We’re all about making it easy — and making your life easier.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your rep will be in contact throughout your 30-day trial, so you’ll know next steps long before your trial expires. Simply choose one of our plans and set up payment (credit card or invoice) and your trial account converts into a permanent BigTime account. If you decide not to start paying at the end of the trial, your account simply expires. But we think you’ll love BigTime enough to stay with us.

At the end of my trial, will my customizations transfer over?

Yes. All of the groundwork that was laid during your trial — all of your data and customized options — is baked into the cake when you become a full BigTime customer. During your trial, we set up a remote monitor, complete your QuickBooks data import, and configure BigTime to fit exactly how you do business. So the transition from trial to annual subscription is quick and painless, we promise.

So you integrate fully with QuickBooks?

Do we ever! Our integration with QuickBooks is as seamless as it gets. BigTime was literally built from the ground up to sync up beautifully with QuickBooks. And we’re proud to say we’re the only time tracking app embedded within Intuit’s (the maker of QuickBooks) own practice management system. In other words, we’ve got you covered.
